OUR FOUNDERS
Rob Presbrey
Rob brings over two decades of multifamily operational experience, during which he learned firsthand the power of data-driven decision-making. His deep understanding of property performance, team dynamics, and ownership expectations inspired the creation of KPEYEZ—a business intelligence platform designed to turn data into direction. Rob’s mission is to help ownership groups and property managers focus less on building reports and more on driving results.
Caleb Dobosh
With over 13 years of experience in data architecture and business intelligence, Caleb has helped organizations in healthcare, transportation, and logistics unlock the value of their data. His expertise spans data modeling, analytics, and enterprise-scale BI solutions, using tools like Toad, Facets, and Cognos, and databases including Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, Teradata, and Hadoop. Skilled in IBM and Azure cloud environments, he also brings hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and enterprise data management. Caleb’s focus is on building scalable, strategic solutions that turn complex data into actionable insight.
